Learning about heat

This video, taken from an episode of "Bill Nye the Science Guy," can be used to teach students about two different kinds of heat absorption/transference in the everyday setting of a kitchen. The video could be used as another way to remind students about how heat works or the teacher could actually do what is in the video and work it into their lesson that way.
